  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • Crumb Topping:

    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
