Avocado Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro.

  • Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.

  • Toss gently to coat all ingredients.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly cooked shrimp or high-quality pre-cooked shrimp.

  • Add jalapeño or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

 

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to one day.
