  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, milk, ketchup, mustard, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf. Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
  4. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
