4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup hot honey
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
Coat chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
While baking, warm hot honey in a small saucepan.
Drizzle hot honey over baked chicken just before serving.
