  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
  • Coat chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
  • While baking, warm hot honey in a small saucepan.
  • Drizzle hot honey over baked chicken just before serving.
