This baked shrimp with garlic lemon butter sauce is a flavorful and easy seafood dish. Made with juicy shrimp, butter, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings, it's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or an elegant appetizer.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Toss shrimp with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the shrimp.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
