4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Toss shrimp with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the shrimp.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
