  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup milk

 

  • ½ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in butter, heavy cream, and milk. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
