This fluffy pancake recipe makes the best light and airy pancakes with simple ingredients. Perfect for a delicious homemade breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
