These cheeseburger sliders are a perfect blend of juicy beef, gooey melted cheese, and soft slider buns. Ideal for game days, parties, or a fun family meal, these mini burgers are easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider buns.
  • Layer cheese slices on top of the beef. Cover with the top buns.
  • Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts and buns are golden.
  • Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

  • Add bacon, jalapeños, or BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
  • Use Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweet touch.
  • These sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
