Cheeseburger Sliders are the ultimate party food! These mini burgers are loaded with juicy beef, melted cheese, and toasted buns, making them perfect for gatherings or an easy family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Shape the beef mixture into small patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  • Place the slider buns on a baking tray and brush with melted butter.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on each bun, followed by a slice of cheese.
  • Toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Add optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments. Serve warm.
