Cheeseburger sliders are a fun, mini version of the classic cheeseburger, perfect for parties or family meals. Made with ground beef, cheese, and a delicious blend of seasonings, these sliders are served on soft buns and baked to golden perfection. Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Slider buns
  • Cheddar cheese (slices)
  • Onion (optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup and mustard (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
  • Layer the bottom half of slider buns in a baking dish. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns.
  • Add cheddar cheese slices over the beef, then place the top half of the buns on top.
  • Brush melted butter on the top of the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden.
  • Serve hot with pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the side.
