  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
