  • 2 cups dry pasta (penne, elbow, or rotini)

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, additional cheese

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onions and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
