Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Set aside.
  • Spread the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix, melted butter, and chicken broth. Stir until the stuffing mix is moistened.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture over the top of the chicken and soup.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temperature) and the stuffing is golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like green beans, carrots, or broccoli to the dish for extra nutrition.
  • Substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or cream of celery for variety.
  • For added flavor, use a rotisserie chicken instead of raw chicken breasts.
