Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Banana Pudding:
    • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
    • 2 cups cold milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • For the Layers:
    • 3 large bananas, thinly sliced
    • 1 ½ cups vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed
    • 1 cup whipped cream
  • For the Chocolate Shell:
    • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Banana Pudding: Whisk the instant banana pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
  • Layer the Cups: In serving cups, layer crushed vanilla wafers, banana slices, and the prepared banana pudding. Repeat the layers if desired, ending with a layer of pudding.
  • Top with Whipped Cream: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
  • Make the Chocolate Shell: Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Spoon or drizzle the melted chocolate over the whipped cream to form a shell.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until the chocolate sets, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can substitute graham crackers for vanilla wafers for a different texture.
  • For a firmer chocolate shell, add slightly more coconut oil to the chocolate mixture.
  • These cups are best served cold to keep the layers fresh and the chocolate crunchy.
