  • ½ cup granulated sugar (plus extra for rolling)
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 24-30 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat with granulated sugar. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cookies cool on the sheet.
