  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasonings if needed.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
