  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning mix, stirring to combine.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened slightly.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
