2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
½ cup pepperoncini peppers (plus a few tablespoons of juice)
½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
Slider buns
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
Add sliced butter on top and scatter pepperoncini peppers and juice.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the juices.
Serve on slider buns, optionally topped with extra pepperoncini.
Notes
