1 lb chicken breasts
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add chicken broth, minced garlic, butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 30 minutes on low.
