  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chipotle in adobo, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and olive oil.
