2 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup sour cream
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chipotle in adobo, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and olive oil.
Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
