  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Use fresh or frozen shrimp, but thaw and pat dry if using frozen.
