1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen shrimp, but thaw and pat dry if using frozen.
