1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour

For Firecracker Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
In a bowl, mix shrimp with buttermilk and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
