2 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat the oven broiler and position the rack 6 inches from the heat source.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
