  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler and position the rack 6 inches from the heat source.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top.
