  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese until melted, then add the gnocchi. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until gnocchi is tender.
  • Add spinach and red pepper flakes, stirring until spinach is wilted.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
