2 lbs seedless green grapes
2 lbs seedless red grapes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Wash and dry the green and red grapes. Set them aside in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and toss gently to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the grape salad.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
You can substitute pecans with walnuts or omit them for a nut-free version.
Serve in individual cups for parties to make it more convenient.
