  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables, ½ cup sliced mushrooms, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
