  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over the chicken, and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Remove chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side.
