  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Pour in chicken broth and cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
