This No-Bake Coconut Cream Lush Dessert is an easy, creamy layered treat perfect for coconut lovers!   • 1 package of coconut-flavored cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container of whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 package instant coconut pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, for topping

 

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
  • Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  • Coconut Pudding Layer: Whisk coconut pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top Layer: Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use toasted coconut on top.
  • Substitute vanilla pudding if coconut pudding isn’t available.
