Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Topping (Optional):
1/4 cup Nutella, melted
Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
Prepare the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
Press the mixture firmly into an 8x8-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Make the cheesecake layer:
Beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture.
Assemble:
Spread the Nutella cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or until set.
Serve:
