  • Cheesecake Layer:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup Nutella
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Topping (Optional):
    • 1/4 cup Nutella, melted
    • Chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
    • Press the mixture firmly into an 8x8-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Make the cheesecake layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture.
  • Assemble:
