  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken strips and fajita seasoning, cooking until fully cooked (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
